From the North

From the intersection of Rt 1 and Rt 16, go south on Rt 1. After 6.7 miles turn left onto BUSINESS Route 9. Business 9 becomes Savannah Road. Follow Savannah Road for a total of 3.8 miles across a set of Railroad tracks, past the Beebe Medical Center, and across the drawbridge. Take the first left after crossing the drawbridge, which is Angler's Road. Park and walk behind the Lighthouse Restaurant.

IMPORTANT COFFEE NOTE: If you need to stop at Wawa, continue south on Rt 1 for 1.1 miles beyond BUSINESS Rt. 9 to the Wawa.

From the South

Head north on Route 1. (If you are staying at the Anchorage Motel, go 1 mile north). Turn right/east on Route 9, towards the Ferry Terminal. After 1.5 miles (just past "Mariners Landing" development on the right) turn left across the median of the just-divided Rt 9, following the signs to the hospital and Lightship. This is King's Highway though it is not well signed as such. Follow King's Highway to its end at a light at Savannah Rd/Business Rt 9 and turn right onto Savannah Road. Go 0.2 miles and cross the drawbridge. Take the first left after crossing the drawbridge, which is Angler's Road. Park and walk behind the Lighthouse Restaurant.
